Where does the range come from? If it sold for 288 keys it should be 288 flat.

The range is from the uncertainty of how much this has sold for previously, and recently.

can't provide accurate sales without those who have bought/sold this posting their own suggestions/trade history

though regardless of price, the suggestions are very infrequent and the price needs to be updated (as with a lot of unusuals)

You cannot pull a range from nowhere

It's a difference of $15, accounting for the fact that this has sold for offers; and not just pure. However, if you know any other sales that have happened within the past month or so, please feel free to let me know.

You cannot pull a range from nowhere just because there are sales you haven't valued yet.

As pointed out before, if it sold for 288 keys, you can only price it at 288 keys, or 290 keys (after rounding).

Having a range implies there are 2 sales, one at 280 and 288, which isn't the case.
