This is my first suggestion, so I don't know if it's counted as enough evidence, but I bought this today for $160 on Steam Community Market which roughly equates to 92 keys.

It shows in Turkish Lira, because that's my currency, but when I looked at the page when I wasn't logged in, it was flat $160.
