They mean that you need to price the Scorching Brotherhood of Arms to use here since its price is two years outdated!

I did not intend the inclusion of the BoA to be formal evidence (hence supplemental) but if it is still classified as such then disregard the BoA as formal evidence, which is fine considering this hat is exempt from the 2-sale rule. Everything should still be fine, thank you for clarification.

The Brotherhood of Arms should be investigated here, it will be lower than 475 keys. Until then, I suggest you close this, sorry.

That's not how it works. There's no "formal" and "supplemental" evidence.

The 2-sale rule is for pricing new hats.

The Brotherhood sale will be less than 475.

So valuing this at 475 flat, will not be accurate.

Therefore, this suggestion won't be fine without it.
