I'm going to list it at 800 keys to compensate for the mixed item trade + 40 keys in it.

How did you get 800 from your math? This stacks up to more than 900 keys when I ran the numbers

Adding everything up (taking buyers for the two items Vin mentioned below) equates to

160 + 20.5 + 230 + 15.7 + 27.48 + 159 + 255 + 40 = ~908 keys
