Gladiator.tf has very few trades recorded. Only 3 sales and purchases in the last 3 days, but they're all between 0.05 and 0.22 ref. Given the vast oversupply of selling classifieds at 0.05-0.11 ref, even a week ago, I think those 0.22 ref sales are outliers.
And finally, there's the classifieds. From three days ago compared to now, the two sellers for 0.05 are still trying to sell (although one of them, THE_boyo, hasn't bumped), and the only buyer at 0.11 (Ultluke) is no longer buying. Comparing one day ago to now, we've got 3 more sellers at 0.05, two of them still have their orders up, with one (Tradejapies) who no longer has the order up. On top of that, 7 of the buyers at 0.05 ref (PH demofreak, TLStorage, Unusual Wojak, LastDreamer, Unusual Cat Trading, xMip, and Blikje) as of one day ago are no longer buying. And lastly, comparing one day from now, we've gone from one user offering less than 0.05 per crate (Smash Bandicoot), to two (them and ( ≧∇≦ )).
Given the apparent trouble selling even at 0.05 ref, I'm not including 0.11 as an end, despite a few scraps of information leaning towards it.
While Scrap.tf is buying at 0.11 ref each they are currently overstocked.

i'd include 0.11 in the range here
