Looks like it got sold in a bulk bp sale, likely for a good bit less. Not sure if that effects sugg or not

Yeah, I would say so. The owner has it listed for 3000 keys and I'm going to strongly assume that they valued it less than 2825 here. It's a shame, as a raise is definitely needed here. But I don't think pricing it right now is the best idea, sorry.
