the 3 sales at 2 ref are definitely outliers with plenty of sellers for less, they possibly had a custom name or description

seems reasonable with 0.16 being right between your range.

There's not a lot of evidence supporting 0.22 here. Whilst we agree a raise is needed here I don't think 5 sales in the past 30 days is enough to warrant this. That being said, there are a considerable number of data points at 0.16 so we would suggest a new range of 0.11-0.16
