You can't just value hats like that if they don't have an in-date price. If you'd like to suggest this you'll have to mini every unusual that has an outdated price (more than 3 months old) and not count the first sale as it was a bulk!
In your first sale, the Squatter's right is bulk for the Starboard Crusader since it represents less than 50% of the trade, therefore it shouldn't be used here, but to price the Crusader
For the second sale the Merc's Mohawk and Fly Hat both have outdated prices, therefore you need to mini them by finding sales that represent their actual value. You can't just use their outdated price or sellers
as mentioned by others already, the first sale here will be invalid and should be considered bulk since the Squatter's Right accounts for less than 50% of the sale here. in addition, all outdated / unpriced items will require mini's using more recent sales to estimate their values.
