I'm not convinced that this raise is justified here. Only one sale supports this raise, while 4 other sales, while low -- indicate a completely different story. While it's speculation, it's also perfectly possible that the buyer for the 18 key sale could have dumped it for 9.

This is best left outdated for the time being.
