Sold an Overclocked Killer Exclusive (with 2 cheapish crates) for a Kill-O-Watt Brainiac Hairpiece and Orbiting Planets Balloonihoodie. Last OC KE sold over 7 years ago and is very outdated.
Initially rejected 400 keys as my top pure offer. Please see google drive link below for photo evidence:

Brainiac hairpiece ~180 keys, sell orders in link above. Seller confirmed 180 key sale recently, price unchanged.
Balloonihoodie ~175 keys (very outdated too), see link above. Seller and Buyer agreed ~300 keys was around the fair value at time of sale (in drive link). Explained in the link above.
Two invasion crates worth ~9 keys. Low price end suggestion = 180+175-9 = 346 keys, rounded to 350 keys per price rules.
High price suggestion = 180+300-9 = 471 rounded to 470 per price rules. Middle ground is ~410 keys which is close to the pure offer received. (470-350 = 120, divide by 2 = 60. 350+60 = 410).

Please let me know if this price suggestion needs modifying but I priced it based on my best knowledge with proof attached.
Unfortunately you cannot make a range from one sale and you need to make in date prices (minis) for anything that is outdated first.

Gonna say my piece here,
I only offered 400 pure because it was a hat that used to belong to me, it was my old favorite hat, I put the spells and the spec KS kit on it. He later told me the only pure offer he received was only 300 for the hat after trying to tell me he got an offer for 400. He lied about the offers he received to get a higher sale on the hat that was important to me. I backed out of the 400 Pure because he kept asking for more and I didn't like the idea of being extorted further for an old hat of mine.
He also kept telling me when I was considering it "If you buy it I'll put a price suggestion up for whatever you pay, it'll update the price and be valued higher" which I think is a disingenuous way to to value an item
Also he never rejected me, I backed out and he BEGGED for me to buy it for 390 after I already spent my pure since he lied about his previous 400 offer. Good to see he is cropping screenshots and lying here too.
