Not a fan of excluding 18 here. Though it was likely dumped for less, this pattern of lower sales indicates that 22 flat is too high. And we can't use the sales at 14 since there's buyers at 17, so 18 is really the best we have to use here.
18-22 should be better here as a conservative drop is what this needs, not a raise.
