This particular Coldfront Commander sold on the marketplace for $425, so it would be safe to price this as 215 keys as it is suggested here. Obviously, the market isn't a true indication of price, but it shows demand and that people are willing to pay a good sum of money for these types of hats.

Similarly, this hat too has been sold on the market once for $500 and once for $400, and is now back up for $500. However, these hats have been traded a few times. Once in conjunction with a soldier hat for about 900 keys for the two hats (avg.), the soldier hat obviously taking the bulk of that, but showing the demand and level of value the medic hat holds. Again, I think this follows the pricing of its price suggestion quite well of 200 keys. However, I think it is important to consider that it is a Halloween effect, and unfortunately due to less demand, these effects go for a bit less than other non-Halloween effects.

Lastly, this Coldfront, the cheapest and also a Halloween effect. This effect has been traded the most, selling for 100 and 125 pure, also selling on the community market for $300, which is about 145 keys.

I think this is something big to consider as this hat is a lower tier hat than the coldfront. The coldfront has more popularity due to its Star Wars design and think. However, this shows the popularity of this effect/sister effect.
