This is my first ever suggestion so please correct any mistakes i have made

2 in existence and 2 recent sales at 140 pure

Ah, luckily two of the three items are still in-date, so we only need to find a sale for the GE mann of reason here. If you're able to provide what you paid for it, you can add that to a range here
