Hey man I don't wanna be that guy, but this might not go through. From my personal learning experience with suggesting you're not aloud to round up because there's nothing bought at the proposed price. But, out of respect this could get approved since the sale numbers are scattered enough. Not to mention your circumstances are different then mine.

It's alright! We'll see, but I've even done some calculations, and the range should hopefully make sense regardless.
