I can confirm Sale 1 is indeed a Brokering trade, and its related to Sale 2.

We were trying to sell the cauldron between 800-1200 pure keys which in theory it can with great patience. I had it brokered for the purpose of obtaining keys in pure for a collectors objector, but once i saw that objector in the market, we instead shifted in trading for it in bulk as you pointed out.
