Has been valued a lot higher in the past it's value dropping was something that happened 3 years ago, it's currently a very limited market item and even the bots are willing to buy it for 17.7 keys. Not to mention the average prices for both effect and item are significantly higher.

can't pull a range from nowhere

You have to use every sale that has occurred in the last 3 months. You cannot make a range with one sale.

I am not sure how to find that. Would you mind explaining how?

Both of these items have sold recently. The best way is to use premium search. Compare the inventories and match the sales. Every sale within 3 months must be covered.
