Have no idea what was going on in the mp.tf history but probably can't trace anything from there. Should be fine to exclude 51 given that there has been a seller for around a month at 40 as seen here

Taking 32-40 here

Sale 2 is going to be well below 40 even if we assume something else was added with the Air Strike. Air Strike had a B/O of 36:

So 40 resold for much less. Taking that into account, 32 flat is probably the way to go here.
