Im not aware of that rule. I wouldnt even pay 100 keys for this. However, someone apparently wanted it badly enough that they paid a 290 key unusual. Would make sense to price it at 290 and not at 200 imo.

Well, I do agree with you that this was set very high but its probably better not to discuss anything about that. So in summary, this should be priced at 200 given it was being sold at 200!
