Sale #1:
Sold for a Strange Professional Killstreak Gunslinger (115k at the time) and a Terror-Watt Dead Cone (11k).
Trade #1: https://backpack.tf/profiles/76561197996095002#!/compare/1663200000/1663977600
Trade #2: https://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198169925494#!/compare/1663891200/1665532800
( 115 + 11 ) * 0.85 = 107.1
you cannot pull your valuations for the terror-watt dead cone and the gunslinger from nowhere, why are you multiplying the sum by 0.85?
I was trying to account for overpay with the 0.85 multiplier. This is my first time doing this, I'll correct any mistakes. Is there a way to cite a price for the gunslinger/terror-watt dead cone in 2022? I don't want to use the current price for the gunslinger because it has inflated so much since then.
I hadn't actually noticed the sale's date, the suggestion is dead no matter what you do
close this and give the rules a read https://backpack.tf/rules
sales are way past outdated, like over a year old. Cant update with old sales.
I believe the rules make exceptions for hats with very few sales, no? The last sale was from over four years ago, so I would imagine that a year-old sale would provide a better valuation than one from 2019.
no exceptions that I’m aware of, sales HAVE to be within last 3 months to be valid
