It seems like an outlier quicksell. The item snapshot shows most sellers at 12.66 with a single 11.88 quickseller, and all five bought have been in the 12.11-12.33 price range.
There's no such thing as "quicksales" with low value non-unusuals like this. It either sells, or it doesn't. This sale only would be a legitimate outlier if it's countered by classifieds listings (not the case), or statistically very minimal in quantity compared to other sales (also not the case).
Although it hasn't been traced by gladiator, for some reason, the 11.88 seller has also sold, giving 11.44 more validity to stay in the range.

How is 11.44 not valid here?
