You are right about this suggestion feeling a bit low, buy orders are currently and have been above the current suggestion (160-165 range)

I'm not sure if this hinders a price suggestion, but figured it was worth mentioning

Once again I appreciate you diving into these sales and sorting it out.

It appears the Chieftain sold for 250 and resold for 165, so I'd exclude those.

The Snaggle I would agree with that it cannot be priced right now. Taking the Snaggle at buyers and a rough estimate of the Modest leaves the sale around 160-170ish anyway, so honestly, this is fine. :D
