Going to exclude 3.45 keys from the range due to the buyer(s) at ~3.45 keys. Wouldn't normally exclude with a magnitude of sales like this, but these are old marketplace sales, so sticking with 3.5 keys as the low end should suffice. Had the sales been pure key sales, I would've kept 3.45 in the range.
