The price is changing way too much for it to be priced. Give it a few more days

agreed, buy and sell orders are very fair apart and have buy orders for your high price and sold orders for a little over double your high price, I think its a good idea to close this suggestion by clicking the the x at the top left of your screen and waiting for the price to even out

Plus all the other Cosmetics in the case have the same price fluctuation problems

There's a buyer at 8 ref so this is likely going to be too low.

Also for cheap non-unusual items it's better to use pure sales instead of cash ones. You can look at Gladiator.tf stats for an example
