Although 385 keys + 3 paints are seen leaving the buyer's side I'm more likely to believe it was 380 flat since the seller's side does not trace the extra items and we do not see them receiving anything apart from another bulk of keys, meaning that if those were included and were dumped instantly we would've seen some sort of bulk with refined or keys for them
