Only sale @ 3150
Although there is two buyers above the low end of the Frying Pan's current suggestion, one is only beating the other one because they put it up higher and both would end up falling into the proposed range regardless. That combined with the fact that there is multiple sales in the low end, both cash and pure/mixed, it should still be fine to take this range for the Pan for now
