20 + 18 = 38, it should be 38-40 keys, sell order 39 keys is in range which conforms to the rules.

Also I am confused why you got rid of a 22 key mini on the bonk because it was "sell low to bot" but then used a 20 key sale? Buyers are also at 21.5
