I just purchased this Strange Unusual Twisted Topper at the buyout price of 100 pure keys. Price is very close to its sister effect in the Strange quality (110).

I tried to find recent sales of one of the other four Strange variants of this hat but could not find anything within a decent time-frame. If a recent sale emerges, I can re-suggest with a more accurate range.
