I'd probably go 23 - 41 on that since the sale at 20 supports a lower price and 41 flat would be high given the seller (and the other sales)

ngl too big of a range tbh
Buyers at 24 keys so I'd ignore the sale at 23 imo.
the range is indeed a bit large but gives a decent enough representation of what this has been selling for. i wouldn't straight up exclude 23 here given there were no buyers at 24 previously and we also have a supporting sale at 20 here. going to accept this one as it is much better than the current price (and 41 flat will definitely not work here either given the 2 lower sales)
