Going with 23-24 Keys.

I am confused here. You say you're going with 23-24 because of a seller at 23, yet there is no seller at 23.

The one on stn sold, possibly for 23. It was then dumped to a bot, and then sold and dumped to another bot. All of these sales are untraceable.
