Grabbed this one for a burning tree and 12 keys.
Do you have the item history for both the burning and blizzardy tree? I can't trace anything though compares. Either that or a screenshot that shows the effect of each tree would be needed to use your sale

Sold for 64 keys? Older sale that was indate when this was made
Only other new sales are the ones in the comments, I can't trace the history of the one from Drift's sale or the burning tree. The burning tree has a suggestion open at 76, making that sale 81. Overall we have sales at 64 / 68 / 81? / 85? / 115, ideally we'd go 81 - 85 but neither of those sales are technically traceable (burning tree doesn't show effects and I can't find the history, 85 histories don't match), so this probably just needs to be left outdated unless you can get confirmations from those involved for one or both of those sales. I responded to Drift's comment asking for the item history / screenshot with effects.

So should we go 81-85 for this?
Oh, nice find! For some reason I thought Drift said 5 keys were added not 12, so that sale is 88 not 81. I was a little unsure about the burning tree suggestion as it is likely going to stay open for awhile, but the 76 sale is conveniently the purchase of Drift/Serene? so it should be a good mini here.
I'd go 88 flat, the compares for the 85 sale are way too messy and without an history/ID match it's impossible to confirm the sale.
