You'll need to prove that the Boron Beanie is worth 22 keys since it's unpriced. The Yeti Punch also has a 2 year price so you can't value it at 4.75 keys. You'll need to make minis for those two items (finding recent sales to prove their current values)

For the tant you should use sales too, but given how narrow the market is it should be fine to call it 3 keys. You can't value the Beanie at 14.5 just because people are selling it for 15 keys. If the only sale you have is 14, then you value it at 14, which would make the sale ~17 keys
