a few things, for using key prices it has to be the average price of keys sold that day so for 35.95 it should be 1.69 not 1.7 as the average prices of keys that day was 1.69 (Jan 18th) but the 39.99 key price is 1.7 (Feb 7th)

35.95/1.69 = 21.27 (21 is still correct just the key price was wrong)

I would wait until the 8th to price the 7th transaction as the average key price could drop or rise (even if it doesn't make a difference key wise its still good practice to have the right key prices)
