Even tho it's between 12 - 13 Keys, in my opinion is not enough to be 12.5 or 13, so I think 12 Keys should be fine.

If somebody knows better than me, let me know how can this suggestion be improved.

Looks like Buyers went up now and they are above 12 keys so naturally this suggestion will be too low.

I believe it's best to leave this one unpriced for the moment.
