Sold for 69 keys, visible from seller histories, but just in case here's proof from my trade history:

Other movements are deposit to mp and mp sale.
Sale 3:
https://marketplace.tf/items/tf2/31294;5;u8;strange
Sold on FEB 13 for 199.99.
Weekly Key average was 1.71$. 199.99/1.71= 116.95, rounding down to 115 per guidelines.
2 sales: 69, 115. I'm discarding the 69 sale since it happened in less than 48h from when the seller bought it and sold it, which suggests it was a quicksell price.
Taking 115 flat
I have qualms with disregarding a sale arbitrarily when there's only two. I would leave this unpriced until there's a third sale; 69 and 115 are too disparate to justify picking one as a price point beyond reasonable doubt. Also, you are apparently the buyer in the 69 key sale, which also makes me question the impartiality in selecting one price point or the other.

69-115 would work since the high end is still less than double the low end
It might technically work, but it's too disparate a range in my opinion to justify. The other issue is still unaddressed.
The 69 key sale happened in the span of 48 hours (give or take) if we look at the item history, which suggests it was a quicksell.
I don't really understand the point of me disregarding the 69 sale because I bought it (?) I don't own it anymore, and the suggestion was made after I sold the hat, so I'd gain absolutely nothing from either keeping the range or not, if it is something else then I apologize and I ask you to be specific.
there is really no reason to exclude the 69 key sale, 69 - 115 would be fine tbh
I believe the opposite, non-strange sold 2 times for 40 and 80, which we have to ignore the 40 sale because is both countered by current buyers and it was a bot dump.
It's not so much about having something to gain, per se, as it is that I think (and please don't take this the wrong way) there's an unavoidable element of human nature and bias involved. Not that I think you're being biased on purpose, but you purchased the item so of course naturally you're going to think you got the better deal. Who wouldn't want to think that? That's why people trade! I just think that that is unavoidable, so in the situation like this where you have made a decision about which one was lower, you're looking at it through rose-tinted glasses, so to speak.
Again, I want to emphasize no offense intended, I'm just making an observation about behavioral economics in relation to the suggestion.
no offense taken, I just wanted to understand what the point of that part was, when making suggestions I try to be as impartial as possible.
Anyway, to show I 100% believe the range wouldn't make sense for the suggestion, I took the liberty of checking the non-strange variant sales, which you can find here:

That's a pretty persuasive point. Good work looking there. I actually think I would change to an upvote here as opposed to a modified range of 69-115. You're right; 69 doesn't make any sense if non-strange is 80. Upvote.
Iām afraid I agree with the comments here, including both sales in a range would be more accurate
