What did you buy this for?

Bulk backpack sale for cash

290 was in-date (within 3 months for something with few sales) when you made this, and the 435 buyer dumped it to you in the bulk cash sale.

Presumably it was valued for much less than 435 in that backpack sale, so 290 would be better as a conservative raise.

IIRC, buy orders in February were pretty high, some close to 290ish?

I don't think the fact they dumped it after buying it for a higher price than what it sold for should invalidate the actual, verifiable sale at such a value; as it still happened. I'd understand classifying it as an outlier if there were other sales far below that range, but outside of the OOD one @ 290 (which we can't use rn anyway) this is the only one standing. Of course, feel free to wait until the usual suggestion cutoff point of 3-4 months to gauge whether it sells again, and in that case i'll resuggest w/ a newer sale, but by default 435's the only valid sale standing

While the sale involving the Terror-Watt Rack isn't usable because the Rack itself was traded back, the Rack initially was traded for ~400 Keys

That'd support keeping 435 as a high end, but 290 is valid too. A range would work.
