Looking at the data, to establish a valid range that can reflect all the sells and buys of this case, I consider 27ref as the low-range value and 30ref as the high-range value (rounded from 29.66ref )
If I am not mistaken you cant round 29.66 to 30 it should just be 29.66
didn't see anything in the rules tho so if there is a rule about this I missed it, only saw a rule about round key prices and I'v seen people round something like 18.6 ref to 18.55 or 15.66
