I think an argument can be made here to have it's own separate price given the cost of the strangefier

Sales very inconsistent and last recorded one was 2022, could be used to support argument, I could only trace <30 Safeguard Strangifier's left that exist, most in dead accounts that have never logged into bp

For now, we are willing to accept suggestions like this on a case-by-case basis when it is clear the strange is valued higher than the non-strange, regardless of strangefier price. This suggestion meets that criteria as buyers are 60 keys more for the strange version (https://gyazo.com/00949f00aafad3d8e824be2045cd0b0c), and this sold for higher than the sale in last suggestion which was based on the non-strange.
