Rancho doesn't have any recent usable sales, but we could probably just take the difference between the sellers and buyers, and value it at ~9.

Spelled Fortified Compound also has no recent sales to my knowledge, but there's a seller at 6, and buyer's at 3. Could potentially meet half-way at ~4.5.

Overall, this would be a little closer to 170, which is still a fair bit above the current seller.

Thanks for looking into the Law. Yeah it seems like 170 is going to be high here, though we could go for a conservative raise of 145 flat using the marketplace sale.
