Sale 7 isn't usable for two reasons. First, the buyer dumped the Brolly to stn a few days later. Second, you can see that they bought an Unusual Mannrobics too.

Those, the constant dumps, and all the bot sales suggest 21 is too high.

If the SCM seller is still there in a week, 13 to 19 could work here. 20 is invalid, but 3 higher sales support keeping 19 in the range.

Seller at 15 keys quickly took it off market and kept it it seems. None on SCM and I didn't see it long after so they seem to have sold quickly....

With sale 11, 13 should still be fine as a low end. The buyer in the Throttlehead sale you commented below now has it listed for 19, reinforcing excluding 21. 13 - 19 would still work.

He's advertised it as a QS and its only been listed for 2 days, I'll give it another day to see if it sells then resugg
