Couple of unsolds from ~2.7 to 2.8 keys suggest 3 keys is a bit high here. Two month buyer at ~2.25, but seems unreasonable to exclude all lower sales on SCM (even the highest sales on SCM are below this value).

A bunch of buyers on SCM at ~1.3 keys currently, and a number of recent sales at that value support that as the low end. Taking 1.3 - 2.25 keys.
