The 22 sale is usable here; even though it was to a buyer it's higher than the other sales so excluding on the basis of being to a bot (typically low outliers) doesn't make sense.

Also, as far as I can see the screenshot of the final 21 sale is just a screenshot of the classifieds and doesn't show the sale.
