Conclusion:

That 32 key sale for the Bottle Cap won't be used for either hat as it's way too high of an outlier here and way too low for the Bottle Cap as the total value would be below current buy orders there.

We have a healthy selection of 14 to 18 key sales so that's the range we'll work with.
