Looks like a Strange Eerie Kraken Sophisticated Smoker (in-date @ 280) + 145 keys = 425
Not 100% positive that is the specifics of the trade because the compares are a bit wonky. Would be good to get a second (or third, lol) set of eyes on this.
I think you're right on the sale. Since they resold for 360 keys though I'd be skeptical including either of those sales.

I'd suggest that the Cloud 9 Bonk Boy should be priced and that sale should be used to price this.
