With sales at 24, 26, 27, 45, and 55, a conservative raise to 24 - 27 would be better here.

Wait why are we excluding the high end here?

Because the person that paid 44 sold it in the auction, and 55 is high compared to the other sales. You could exclude 24 too, even, because of the dump.
