Conclusion::

While the second guy acquiring it for 27 and then selling it back to STN for 25 is a bit wonky, it won't matter as we have an additional 24 and 27 key sale to work with.

Excluding 22ish keys for being a sale off STN for lower than seemingly acquired and we have a final range of 24-27 keys.
