With that mini you have on the original, 139 is obviously too low. In general, I see you hard-cutting off minis with many sales at single sellers a lot, which you should not do, especially not when they are as young as they are here.

In this case, your mini is from january; a seller in april has nothing to do with its market at the time. Additionally, on professional killstreak items of this tier, the effects definitely have an impact on the value. It is apparent here from the fact that this particular sheen/killstreaker combo has buyers higher than that sell order.
