I know it's technically a tradeback but I think it should be included here since it's lower than the other sale. 60 dumping for less implies 60 could be high, if it was to any other bot we wouldn't be talking about excluding due to a being a tradeback, it could just be that stn offered the best price when floppyfish wanted to dump.

Overall we have two bot dumps (<60), 60, and 67 so it seems wrong to do the highest sale flat. 60 - 67 should be fine here.
