The keys require the exact radius of the specified buy/sell price, not its range. in any situation, your schedule seems strange even without this.
There's no way a range this wide makes sense.

My intuition tells me that 74.33-74.44 (or just 74.44) would've made more sense when you posted this suggestion, and at the time of this writing, perhaps 75 would be fitting
I'm not too familiar with how exactly to make a suggestion, but I do understand that suggestions should be as narrow as possible. The norm seems to be to base the suggestion on the one or two prices that keys get traded at most often at the time of the suggestion
