For unusual with lots of sales it's helpful to list out all the sales at the end. In this case, we have:

I think you are excluding too many higher sales. Including the 3 from the glad link I posted that's 9 sales excluded as high which is too many in my opinion. I'd at least include 9 here to balance the range. In cases like these, there are simply too many sales for unsolds to counter everything.
