This suggestion is based upon surrounding buy and sell prices, as well as the rough equivalent on Marketplace.tf. Here on backpack.tf, people seem to be listing this from 0.11 to 1 ref. Marketplace.tf shows a consistent price of $0.04 since February 2024, which roughly equates to 2 Refined Metal, albeit I think that's a bit high.

you can't used buy and sell orders to price an item, you need to prove said items are selling for X amount, a listing cant prove that
